Plain English Summary

This summary is for quick understanding. The detailed sections below explain the full policy.

  • Learning Hub articles and visualizers are available to Free and Pro users.
  • Free practice covers selected Foundation topics; Pro unlocks all mapped practice topics for the learner's grade.
  • Practice scoring and entitlement checks are verified on the server.
  • Board compatibility is published topic by topic rather than assuming every syllabus is identical.
1

Is the Learning Hub free?

Yes. Published Learning Hub articles are intended to be freely accessible, and visualizers are not the Pro paywall.

2

What can a Free learner practise?

Free learners can use the complete Recognition → Structuring → Thinking flow on selected Foundation concepts that match their profile grade. Other practice topics show as Pro.

3

What does Pro unlock?

Pro unlocks the complete practiceable topic set mapped to the learner's selected grade, subject to normal progression rules. It does not change mathematical correctness or artificially increase rewards.

4

Can a learner change the URL to unlock another grade or Pro topic?

No. Practice eligibility is checked by the backend from the authenticated learner profile and subscription, independent of which page or deep link opened Practice.

5

Does Curious Maths replace a teacher or textbook?

No. It is a supplementary interactive learning and practice platform. Teachers, official board material, school instruction, and prescribed textbooks remain important.

6

How do rewards work?

XP, streaks, badges, titles, and challenge points are motivational progress signals with no cash value. See the Reward Policy for details.

7

How do I report an incorrect question or article?

Email admin@curiousmaths.com with the page URL, learner grade, and a short explanation. Content corrections should be reviewed before republishing.

8

Where can I get account or payment help?

Use the Contact or Support page and include the account email and payment reference when relevant.
